My name is Juliet Mugirya ,Journalist by training specialized in electronic media and a musician by calling .I come from Mbale district in Uganda East Africa . I first released my maiden song called "Wele- Weffwe " translation (Our God is all mighty ) in 2004 which hit the charts across East Africa and the diaspora and won me accolades in the pearl of Africa Music Awards in the category of best gospel artist in Uganda . My music has over the year been appreciated by a cross section of people because it cuts across touching the young and the old ,here at home and in the diaspora. I have worked with several production and media houses in the production department as a producer and editor . I am not only known for singing gospel songs but I also sing cultural songs that promote the culture and the language of the lumasaaba people and songs that touch several issues that affect our community and the nation at large in which i promote unity , create awareness of the deadly diseases such as HIV/AIDS ,tribute songs that appreciate the people that make a difference in one's life .
